daylight saving time: suggestions

Hi everyone

I just contacted admin about the problem with daylight saving time zones. well, if you haven't noticed yet, it's not implemented in the site. I suggested a simple checkbox in the profile settings to enable or disable it manually. since we need to do this twice a year, I guess it's not a problem for us to do it manually.
automatic changing of time according to daylight saving time needs a lot of effort to implement in the site due to programming complications, so it's not a priority unless it gets easy somehow.

if you have any suggestions on this issue, please post it in this thread.

Ok, I've just had a look on this website

which explains all about world timezones and DST (Daylight Saving Time).

It will be too complicated to automatically change players timezones because every country in the world does it differently, some not at all.

A simple checkbox in the control panel to advance a players time 1 hour + for DST will be fine and much more easy.
