Problem with some online chess forums

It seems to me that a problem with some chess forums is that people either aren't interested in posting in them or they're afraid or they have writer's block. So far the forum here is off to a slow start imo. Is everyone here a GM/know-it-all ? Don't be afraid to ask/answer questions or speak your mind.

Well, I knew at the start that forums are notoriously difficult to begin. There are so many on the internet already. I expected it to be slow, but that's fine.

Remember, this forum is only an after thought, the main idea of the site is to play chess, which is why people are here I guess. I just added it to try and develop a good chess community.

i have developed "writer's block" the city council showed up at my house and bricked in my windows and front door. they are tired by my letters to the city council.

How can they stop your emails?

i have a pencil. i write real letters. the postman is married to the city clerk so i think he tosses my letters into the trash can by j&k donuts.
